Breakfast Burrito with Eggs and Cheese in 3 Minutes

 Its good to start your day with a heatlhy and delicious breakfast which give you energy you required to stay strong and also keeps you healthy and active. Eggs are the essential part of our daily breakfast and of course great source to get protein. why not make it a bit more tasteful and interesting to get a new day start with a new style of our meal ???? 


Forget the talking... lets start preparing your instant breakfast... Yummy!!!

Ingredients required:

  • One flour tortilla (6-inch)
  • One egg
  • One Tablespoon shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • One Tablespoon salsa
     First Step: Place 2-cup microwave-safe cereal bowl with microwave-safe paper towel. PRESS tortilla into bowl. BREAK egg into center of tortilla. BEAT egg gently with a fork until blended, being careful not to tear tortilla.
    Second Step: MICROWAVE on HIGH 30 seconds; stir. MICROWAVE until egg is almost set, 15 to 30 seconds longer.
    Third Step: REMOVE tortilla with paper towel liner from bowl to flat surface. TOP egg with cheese and salsa. FOLD bottom of tortilla over egg, then fold in sides.

    Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times may need to be adjusted.
