Breakfast Pizza - Healthy, Nutritious and Full of Taste

Tired of breakfast cereals in the morning? wish to have something new... We all are worried about the refined carbohydrates contain by daily boring breakfast. Today try breakfast with pizza.

Pizza sure let you dress it up as per your diet plan. you can dress it with ham, eggs, and cheese. This delicious pizza breakfast has more protein that makes you fresh and running all day. it got more staying power, than other options you are using.

Dietitians several time tells that eating protein for breakfast not only helps you feel full stomach, it also helps you burn up to 60% more calories throughout the day. great for people who working on their weight loss.
Your family gonna love it... and if they want more then try following recipe with variations, like mushroom, egg and cheese, olives, or egg and feta etc.



Required Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces plain or peppered bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green sweet pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion (2)
  • 1 12-inch prebaked pizza crust
  • 1 8-ounce tub cream cheese spread*
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)   
Directions

  1. Take a 10-inch skillet cook bacon over medium-low heat until crisp. Using a slotted spoon, remove bacon from skillet and drain it. Drain skillet, reserving about 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet. after that, add sweet pepper and green onion to remaining drippings. Cook until it gets tender then drain and set aside.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400F. Now place pizza crust on a large baking sheet and put it in oven. Take a small bowl of cream cheese spread with an electric mixer and beat it until smooths. Then add eggs, one at a time with continue beating until mixed. Now spread the cream cheese mixture on pizza crust. Sprinkle with bacon, sweet pepper, and green onion. Top with ham
  3. Bake, it in oven (Pre-heated) for 15 to 20 minutes or until cream cheese layer seems melt evenly. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes more or until cheese melts. To serve, use a pizza cutter to cut into wedges. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
